This Refund Policy explains how Banknaked handles refunds for our subscription services. We've made it straightforward because we hate complex return policies as much as you do.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our premium service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
• Billing Errors: If you've been incorrectly charged, we'll promptly refund the incorrect amount

1.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@banknaked.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email and the reason for your refund request
3. We'll respond within 3 business days

No phone calls, no support tickets that go nowhere, no unnecessary hurdles.

1.3 Refund Processing

Here's what happens after you request a refund:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription fees beyond the 14-day period after initial purchase
• Subscription fees if you've violated our Terms of Service
• Pro-rated refunds for partial months when canceling a subscription (we don't charge for unused time anyway - when you cancel, you maintain access until the end of your billing period)

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Log in to your Banknaked account
• Go to Account Settings > Subscription
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Confirm your cancellation

We won't hide the cancellation button or make you jump through hoops. One click, and you're done.

After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We don't do partial refunds for unused time, but we also don't cut off your access early.

4. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial:

• You won't be charged during the trial period
• You'll receive a reminder before your trial ends and your paid subscription begins
• You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
• If you forget to cancel and are charged, our standard 14-day refund policy applies
