What Intesa Sanpaolo Actually Charges You

Italy's biggest bank now sells XME Conto in plans: Silver starts at €5.90 a month before the €34.20 stamp duty, Gold jumps to €10.90 and Platinum to €20.90. The cheap-looking plan still charges at the edges: other-bank ATMs, transfers and branch help all have a meter.
